We keep account, chart, and reading records while your account remains active or until you request deletion, subject to legal and operational limits.

Order and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years when needed for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

If you use ZiWei from outside the country where our systems or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions by ZiWei and service providers such as hosting, authentication, support, analytics, and payment providers.

Payment providers such as PayPal process payment data under their own privacy and security practices.
