2. Digital Readings

ZiWei provides cultural self-discovery readings based on traditional Chinese Zi Wei Dou Shu, the birth information you enter, chart calculations, and interpretive content generated for personal reflection.

Access to purchased readings is delivered digitally through your account or reading link. No physical product is shipped.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or chart.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not use the service to violate laws, abuse the platform, or interfere with other users.

4. Purchases and Access

Paid products unlock specific reading categories or a full reading package. Prices are shown in USD before checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before completing payment.

5. Not Professional Advice

ZiWei readings are for personal reflection, cultural exploration, and self-discovery. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals for matters requiring professional judgment.

6. AI-Generated Readings

ZiWei readings are AI-generated by software based on traditional Chinese Zi Wei Dou Shu patterns and the birth information you provide.

No human consultants, licensed therapists, medical practitioners, or other licensed professionals generate or review readings before delivery.

8. No Guarantees

ZiWei does not guarantee accuracy, specific outcomes, future events, or that any reading will match your individual experience.

9. User Eligibility

The service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use or purchase the service without permission from a parent or legal guardian.

10. Intellectual Property

The ZiWei website, design, text, software, and generated reading presentation are owned by ZiWei or its licensors. You may use your personal reading for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZiWei is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a paid digital reading is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
