This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for ZiWei digital readings and related purchases.
1. Digital Service
ZiWei sells digital reading access. Once a purchase is completed and digital content is unlocked or delivered, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.
Please review the product details, selected palaces, and total price in USD before completing checkout.
2. Refund Exceptions
We may review refund requests in limited situations, including:
- Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
- A confirmed payment where access was not delivered and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
- An unauthorized transaction that is verified through the payment provider or our internal review.
- Other cases required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available because you changed your mind after access was delivered, entered inaccurate birth information, disagreed with an interpretation, or did not find the reading personally useful.
4. How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, contact us at masterziweivip@gmail.com with your account email, order ID, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.
5. Processing
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can affect account access while the dispute is reviewed.
